Confidentiality

Sellers and buyers are concerned about confidentiality in strategic transactions. In addition to specific information about the target business, many sellers worry the “market” will learn that their business is for sale. Buyers may be concerned about the details of their strategy and participation leaking into the market or their organizations. Time is the enemy of confidentiality. Deal Fatigue
